After Thailand’s Deputy Prime Minister, HE Paiboon Wattanasiritham, delivered an inaugural speech highlighting the importance of tenure security, participants shared experiences and lessons learned from pro-poor forestry, and took part in sub-sessions on, inter alia, decentralization, payment for ecosystem services and forest land allocation.
