16 December 2010: The Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) has invited parties, other governments and relevant organizations to submit nominations of experts to participate in the Ad Hoc Technical Expert Group (AHTEG) on Indicators for the Strategic Plan on Biodiversity 2011-2020.

Nominations should be received no later than 15 February 2011, according to the notification. The AHTEG is anticipated to meet in June 2011, and will report to the 15th meeting of the CBD Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTA). [The Notification]
