The aim of the Latin American and Caribbean Regional Coordinating Committee meeting will be to review outcomes of the second session of the International Conference on Chemicals Management, identify priorities for follow-up in the Latin America and Caribbean region, develop a work plan for the Regional Coordinating Committee in the intersessional period, and prepare for a full Latin America and Caribbean regional meeting on SAICM, which is expected to take place in early 2010.
