This symposium will feature organizations and communities from around the world that are increasing cooperation, learning and skills to pass on healthy oceans to future generations. It will include a series of high-level keynote speeches and sessions on fisheries management, protection of the marine environment, science for decision-making, resilience to climate change and issues related to building global ocean capacity, such as youth and community programs, cross-sectoral education and training; and global and regional multi-stakeholder engagement.
