This seminar, organized by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), will explore the results of the Copenhagen Climate Change Conference. The event will also look at the opportunities and challenges for the region during 2010, which will be marked by preparations for the 16th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Mexico.
