The Ninth Inter-Regional Conference on Environment-Water – “Envirowater 2006” – will focus on concepts for water management and multifunctional land-uses in lowlands, with a particular focus on: opportunities and threats; water and climate change; groundwater and salt water intrusion; and water management systems as a steering instrument for planning.
