Organized by the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), this workshop will address capacity building needs for the implementation of the Nagoya-Kuala Lumpur Supplementary Protocol on Liability and Redress to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety. Building on a series of regional workshops, the event will address complementary capacity building measures and provide an opportunity to exchange experiences relevant for domestic implementation of the Supplementary Protocol.
