The submissions from Belarus, Iceland and AOSIS were made in response to a request in Decision 1/CMP.7 by the seventh session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (COP/MOP 7) for Annex I Parties listed in annex 1 to the decision, to submit information on their QELROs for the Kyoto Protocol second commitment period.
14 May 2012: The UNFCCC Secretariat has released the submissions from Belarus, Iceland and Nauru on behalf of the Alliance of Small Island States (AOSIS), containing information on Annex I Parties’ quantified emission limitation or reduction objectives (QELROs) for the second Kyoto Protocol commitment period (FCCC/KP/AWG/2012/MISC.1/Add.1).
These three submissions are in addition to the seven submissions contained in document FCCC/KP/AWG/2012/MISC.1.
