25 May 2010: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published a note (FCCC/SBSTA/2010/INF.3) that presents information required for using the performance indicators to support the review of the implementation of Article 4, paragraphs 1(c) and 5, of the Convention (technology transfer).
These indicators were developed by the Expert Group on Technology Transfer (EGTT) to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the technology transfer framework. This note reports on data availability and includes an overview of data gaps relative to each performance indicator.This note will be considered by the 32nd session of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA), which is taking place from 31 May-9 June 2010, in Bonn, Germany.
