9 November 2010: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published information in an annex to (FCCC/CP/2010/5/Add.1) on financial support provided by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) for the preparation of national communications from parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (FCCC/SBI/2010/INF.10).
The Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI), at its 32nd session, invited the GEF to continue to provide information on its activities relating to the preparation of national communications by parties not included in Annex I to the Convention, including information on the dates of approval of funding and disbursement of funds, as well as the approximate date of submission of the national communications, for consideration by the SBI at its 33rd session.
