The supplementary provisional AWG-LCA 14 agenda includes an item on scaled-up, new and additional, predictable and adequate funding to developing countries, in accordance with paragraph 97 of the Cancun Agreements.
25 March 2011: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published a supplementary provisional agenda (FCCC/AWGLCA/2011/1/Add.1) for the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention (AWG-LCA) at its 14th session, which will take place from 5-8 April 2011, in Bangkok, Thailand, and 6-17 June 2011, in Bonn, Germany.
This follows a request from the Democratic Republic of Congo, on behalf of the African Group, to include an item on the provisional agenda of the AWG-LCA at its 14th session. The additional item concerns scaled-up, new and additional, predictable and adequate funding to developing countries, in accordance with paragraph 97 of the Cancun Agreements.
