UNEP/GRID-Arendal Marine Programme Releases February Newsletter

According to the newsletter, UNEP/GRID-Arendal and the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO are looking for additional partners to support the Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, the Solomon Islands and Kiribati in the collection of marine data.

1 March 2011: The UN Environment Programme (UNEP)/GRID-Arendal Marine Programme has released the February 2011 issue of its newsletter, including an update on the University of the Sea (UoS) and recent events in which UNEP/GRID-Arendal has participated.

According to the newsletter, the UoS, a partnership between UNEP/GRID-Arendal and the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) is looking for additional partners to support the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), Palau, the Solomon Islands and Kiribati in the collection of marine data.
