UN-OHRLLS Announces New Director

UN-OHRLLS undertakes advocacy and mobilises international support for the Least Developed Countries (LDCs), Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs) and Small Island Developing States (SIDS).

It also coordinates UN support and monitors the implementation of the programmes of action for the three groups of countries.

23 July 2012: The UN Office of the High Representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States (OHRLLS) has announced the appointment of a new Director. UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has appointed Heidi Schroderus-Fox (Finland) for this post.
