The report’s conclusions and recommendations also highlight that the carbon dioxide emission per unit of GDP and the energy intensity of Finland are high among OECD countries, and recommends that Finland reinforce its environmental efforts, particularly by further strengthening green tax initiatives and promoting eco-innovation.
