13 November 2014: The UNFCCC Secretariat has published the annual report of the administrator of the international transaction log (ITL) under the Kyoto Protocol, which outlines the activities of the ITL administrator from 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2014 (FCCC/SBI/2014/INF.18).

The report provides information on the implementation of the ITL and its operational status, including a summary of the 16th Registry System Administrators (RSA) Forum, which took place on 6-7 November 2014, and information on the independent assessment of registry systems. The report also provides information on transactions of Kyoto Protocol units.

The report will be considered by the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) at its 41st session taking place in Lima, Peru, in December 2014. [Publication: Annual Report of the ITL Administrator]
