February 2010: The Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR), Alternatives to Slash and Burn and the World Agroforestry Centre, members of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR), have released a forest and climate change toolbox to build understanding and technical proficiency on issues of climate change and forests.

The toolbox includes multi-media presentations on topics including: integrating climate change into forestry; adaptation; carbon accounting; mitigation mechanisms, markets and projects; and the role of biofuels. [The Toolbox]
