The Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) is inviting comments on the draft terms of reference (TOR) for the Coordination Mechanism for the Global Taxonomy Initiative (GTI), as well as the nomination of candidates for the Coordination Mechanism, which is expected to meet in early June 2011.
14 April 2011: The Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) is inviting comments on the draft terms of reference (TOR) for the Coordination Mechanism for the Global Taxonomy Initiative (GTI). It has also invited the nomination of candidates for the GTI Coordination Mechanism.
The Coordination Mechanism is expected to meet in early June 2011. Comments and suggestions on the draft TORs are requested by 6 May 2011. [CBD Notification, including Draft TOR]
