Oxfam International in cooperation with Tambuyog Development Center Philippines is organizing this conference to address the inter-relationship of sustainable fisheries management, subsidies and trade. Participants are expected to engage in critical analysis of the current state of negotiations on fisheries subsidies and market access following the recent WTO Ministerial in Cancun.
