As an integral part of the training and capacity building initiatives of the Gender and Water Alliance (GWA) in collaboration with IRC International Water and Sanitation Centre, the Department of Environmental Sciences of the Universiti Putra Malaysia and the International Institute of Rural Reconstruction (IIRR), this Southeast Asia regional training programme aims to enable organizations and institutions to develop capacities in applying gender mainstreaming tools and methods in their work. This training programme seeks to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to design and manage practical training courses in mainstreaming gender into IWRM.
