The Working Group on Rights of Access and Regional Instrument will hold its sixth virtual meeting. The working group was established by the Plan of Action to 2014 for the implementation of the Declaration of Principle 10, adopted in April 2013 in Guadalajara, Mexico, in order to advance towards the formulation of a regional instrument. The working group's objective is to deepen knowledge on access rights with a view to making a proposal on the nature and contents of the regional instrument.
