The Fourth Meeting of the Focal Points designated by the Governments of the Signatory Countries of the Principle 10 Declaration in Latin America and the Caribbean is expected to define the nature and content of the regional instrument. The public is encouraged to participate in the process through a Public Regional Mechanism.
