The theme of the Symposium, convened by the Commonwealth Local Government Forum (CLGF), is “Building Local Government Alliances: for vibrant and resilient local economies and communities in the Pacific.” It aims to highlight the achievements of local government and lessons learnt over the past five years, as well as to look forward to emerging issues and opportunities for local government.
