This workshop will support UN Member States in strengthening their national accountability mechanisms through increased awareness and capacity in the collection, analysis, dissemination and advocacy of gender equality statistics and indicators. The event brings together representatives from national agencies for women and national statistical offices with the aim of promoting collaboration and coordination at the national level, as well as as well as sharing knowledge, ideas and experiences across Southeast Asia. The workshop is organized by the ESCAP Social Development Division and Statistics Division.
