The Resumed Review Conference on the Agreement for the Implementation of the Provisions of the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea of 10 December 1982 relating to the Conservation and Management of Straddling Fish Stocks and Highly Migratory Fish Stocks (UN Fish Stocks Agreement) will take place in May 2023. 

The Resumed Review Conference is mandated to assess the effectiveness of the agreement and the adequacy of its provisions and, if necessary, to propose means of strengthening the substance and methods of implementation of those provisions. The first Review Conference took place in 2006, followed by a resumed Review Conference in 2010 and another in 2016.
