This training workshop will target trainers and national experts on the Environmentally Sound Management (ESM) of PCBs and POPs wastes from the South American region. The objective of the workshop is to enhance the capacity of the participants to deliver further training on the concepts, principles and standards for the ESM of POPs wastes, as presented in the Basel Convention technical guidelines on POPs wastes.
