This workshop will provide training for national experts from the Central and Eastern European Region on the Environmentally Sound Management (ESM) of PCBs and POPs wastes. The objective of the workshop is to enhance the capacity of the participants on the concepts, principles and standards for the ESM of PCBs and POPs wastes, as presented in the Basel Convention technical guidelines.
