The Ramsar Standing Committee will address technical, logistical and financial issues leading up to the ninth Ramsar COP in November 2005. Meetings of the Standing Committee’s Subgroups on COP9 (7-9 March 2005) and on Finance (10 March 2005) are also scheduled prior to COP9.
