The 2012 International Planet Under Pressure event is an international science conference focusing on solutions to the global sustainability challenge. The conference will discuss solutions at all scales to move societies on to a sustainable pathway. It will draw on the final report of the UN Secretary-General's High-level Panel on Global Sustainability (GSP) and will seek to provide scientific leadership towards the 2012 UN Conference on Sustainable Development (UNCSD, or Rio+20).
