This online dialogue will be hosted by the Stakeholder Forum as part of its ongoing work with UNEP/GPA in the run-up to the Second Intergovernmental Review Meeting (IGR-2) of the Global Programme of Action for the Protection of the Marine Environment from Land-Based Activities (GPA), scheduled to take place in Beijing, China on 16-20 October 2006. The dialogue will be open to anyone with an interest in the GPA and related issues.
