The Steering Committee of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) Programme for Monitoring the Illegal Killing of Elephants (MIKE) is being organized as part of a series of meetings by CITES and the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS).
