Littoral 2004, the second joint conference between EUROCOAST and the EUCC-The Coastal Union, will address the following themes: data and data policy; dynamic coasts and their management; energy resources and the coastal environment; education and training; exploitation of living marine resources; geospatial technologies: monitoring, mapping and modeling; maintaining and improving coastal biodiversity; reducing conflict through coastal planning and management; and tourism and recreation.
