The Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee (JISC) is holding its 23rd meeting as an extraordinary meeting in place of its 23rd and 24th meetings. The main focus of this meeting will be to finalize the JISC annual report to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (COP/MOP).
