This conference is organized by the “Dialogue on Water, Food and Environment,” launched in August 2001 in Stockholm. It aims to move the Dialogue forward on the ground, produce a blueprint of the Dialogue for the period 2003 – 2006, and provide input to the Third World Water Forum.
