This forum is being organized by the Secretariat of the Water Environment Partnership in Asia (WEPA) and the Ministry of the Environment, Japan, together with the co-organizers, the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES). The forum aims to promote and improve water environment governance through dialogue among various stakeholders in Asian monsoon regions, developing human resources, strengthening ties and building partnerships.
