The Conference is designed for public authorities related to the water sector, basin management authorities, consultants, specialists, users and the general public. It is structured around three themes: Organizational and institutional aspects of river basin organizations; Hydrological planning as an instrument for water management; and Management instruments for river basin organizations – with each section comprising a general presentation, case studies and discussions.
