Inter-regional Preparatory Meeting for Mid-term Review of SAMOA Pathway

The Interregional Preparatory Meeting for the Mid-Term Review of the SAMOA Pathway and related meetings will take place in Apia, Samoa from 29 October-2 November 2018.

The Interregional Preparatory Meeting convenes for three days during that period, from 30 October-1 November. Prior to the preparatory meeting, the Samoa Partnership Dialogue will take place on 29 October. Following the meeting and dialogue, on 2 November, a capacity-building workshop will take place for the Pacific SIDS countries that will present a Voluntary National Review (VNR) on their SDG implementation efforts to the UN High-level Political Forum (HLPF) in July 2019.

The next stage in the process leading to the mid-term review meeting in September 2019 is to negotiate the review modalities.
