This panel discussion, organized by the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI), a research center of the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR), will focus on the adaptation needs of poor people, especially farmers in developing countries, to cope with climate change impacts such as droughts, floods, water stress and accelerated competition over natural resources.
