FOURTH ORDINARY SESSION OF THE AFRICAN MINISTER’S COUNCIL ON WATER (AMCOW)

This session will review the draft MOU on AMCOW membership, the operational arrangements for the AMCOW Secretariat, the AMCOW Work Programme 2005-2006, and the financial arrangements for the operations of AMCOW, including the establishment of an AMCOW Trust fund. The session will also provide an opportunity to discuss the role of civil society in addressing the water policy challenges in Africa and partnerships building for achieving the MDGs.
