This dialogue will address water management and armed conflicts, and water as a fundamental human right, as well as look at four highly different concrete cases of how the sustainable management of water resources can be achieved with intelligence, sensitivity and technology. They include experiences from the Incomati River (South Africa, Mozambique, Swaziland), Ebro River (Spain), Chao Phraya (Thailand), and Lake Titicaca (Bolivia).
