The 2008 substantive session of the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) will convene at UN headquarters in New York, US, during July 2008. The session will include a High-Level Segment (30 June-3 July), which will involve the Development Cooperation Forum and Annual Ministerial Review; the Dialogue with Executive Secretaries of the Regional Commissions (7 July); the Coordination Segment (7-9 July); the Operational Activities Segement (10-14 July); the Humanitarian Affairs Segment (15-17 July); and the General Segment (18-24 July).
