The East Asian Seas Congress 2003, which is being organized by the GEF-UNDP-IMO Regional Programme on Partnerships in Environmental Management for the Seas of East Asia, will be held on 8-12 December 2003 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It will address the current global focus on sustainable development and the emphasis on the need to chart future courses of action.
