An internet discussion on transparency in the water and sanitation sector, organized by the International Water and Sanitation Centre (IRC), will take place online from 9-27 May 2005. The e-conference will be divided into three parts: up to five days of general discussion; up to five days focusing on positive experiences and tools that have improved transparency, increased openness and/or reduced corruption in the water sector; and a concluding period to consider activities, strategies, coalitions and thematic groupings.
