The purpose of the meeting is to seek advice from those governments and other stakeholders who previously have been invited to the meetings of the consultative process on financing options for chemicals and wastes, on the UN Environment Programme's draft proposal. The outcome of the Mexico City meeting will be presented to the third session of the International Conference on Chemicals Management (ICCM3) in September 2012 for consideration.
