Organized by the CBD Secretariat and the Friends of the Programme of Work on Protected Areas, the goal of this workshop is to develop a draft guide for the integration of protected areas into wider land- and seascapes and relevant sectors, so as to maintain ecological structure and function, and enhance protected area effectiveness.
