The International Conference on Addressing Poverty and Vulnerability in the Hindu Kush Himalayas will take up the theme 'Forging regional partnerships to enable transformative change'. The Conference is being organized by the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD), and will take place in Kathmandu, Nepal, from 1-4 December 2013.
