The 34th meetings of the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR) and its Scientific Committee will convene in Hobart, Australia. The meeting is expected to address, among other issues: illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing; climate change; catch documentation scheme (CDS); vessel monitoring system (VMS); harvested species (krill, fish; fish and invertebrate by-catch); incidental mortality; spatial management and impacts on the Antarctic system; compliance with conservation measures in force; and compliance evaluation procedures.
