The Least Developed Countries (LDC) Expert Group (LEG) will convene its 26th meeting from 4-7 August 2014. The LEG supports the preparation and implementation strategy of the National Adaptation Programmes of Action (NAPAs) and provides technical assistance and guidance on National Adaptation Plans (NAPs). The LEG carries out its work through the review of draft NAPAs as requested, providing direct advice to LDCs, training workshops, and publication of guides, tools, technical papers and databases. The LEG meets twice a year.
