This event is the annual meeting of the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP), attended by represetantives of the 21 SPREP member governments. This meeting will consider, inter alia: institutional reform and strategic issues; a study on options for establishing a sub-regional presence for SPREP; strategic financial issues; and the 2011 work programme and budget.
