The 17th session of the Terrestrial Observation Panel for Climate (TOPC) of the Global Climate Observing System (GCOS), the Global Terrestrial Observing System (GTOS) and the World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) will take place from 16-17 March 2015, in Zurich, Switzerland.
