The Partnership Exchange is an annual gathering to review multi-stakeholder partnerships and voluntary commitments in support of SDG implementation. It takes place on the margins of the UN High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) and is organized by the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA) in collaboration with the UN Office for Partnerships (UNOP).

The 2018 Partnership Exchange will take place on 13 July. Like the HLPF session, it will have the theme, ‘Transformation towards sustainable and resilient societies,’ with a focus on SDGs 6, 7, 11, 12, 15 and 17.

Initiatives can register or provide updates at the Partnership for SDGs online platform to be considered for review at the Exchange.

The SDG Knowledge Hub summary of the 2017 Partnership Exchange is here.

The Partnership Exchange is one of four special events taking place alongside the 2018 HLPF. The other three events are: a Higher Education Sustainability Initiative (HESI) event on 11 July; the Local and Regional Authorities Forum on 16 July; and an SDG Business Forum on 17 July.
